Hi, I’m Erica Clayton—CX strategist, AI enthusiast, Cat Lady, and the founder of SunshineCX. I’ve spent nearly 15 years leading customer experience teams through transformation, growth, and the occasional wild pivot. Along the way, I’ve helped scale early-stage startups, mature enterprise operations, and everything in between—always with a focus on keeping humans (both customers and employees) at the center.
